For all inquiries related to samples, quotes, and studio visits, please contact our dedicated team at support@lumarythm.com. We aim to respond within one business day.

How can I place an order?
Once approved, you can check out through your Trade Account or email support@lumarythm.com for personalized service.

What are the payment options and terms?
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and ACH. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Full payment is required to begin production.

Lead Time

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary by product and are detailed on each product page. Quick-Ship items ship within two days, while made-to-order items are produced at our facility in California, with lead times varying based on order quantity. For specific inquiries or expedited production, please email support@lumarythm.com.

What shipping options are available for my orders?
We offer free UPS ground shipping for orders of two or more items. Shipping for single units is a flat rate of $22, while all accessory items ship for free. Shipping times are determined after production and vary by delivery location.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept free returns within 30 days for all orders of 20 items or fewer. Products, including accessories and light bulbs, must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Installed products cannot be returned. To start the return process, please email support@lumarythm.com.

What warranty do you offer for your products?
Our products come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and providing peace of mind for you and your clients.

How are your products manufactured?
Lumarythm products are locally manufactured in California using a digital, on-demand 3D printing process. This allows us to support a wider range of designers while delivering high-quality, customizable designs at competitive prices.

What materials are used in your products?
Our products are made from Lumarythm Plant Polymers, an eco-friendly material available in both opaque and translucent blends. The opaque blend withstands high temperatures and is finished with a premium, smooth, water-based paint. The translucent blend features light-diffusive particles that enhance the unique patterns created by 3D printing. These materials combine durability with environmental responsibility, making our lighting solutions both sustainable and stylish.
