You can purchase our lights directly from the Lumarythm website. While we currently do not have physical showrooms, you can explore our full range of products online and enjoy convenient direct-to-door delivery.
Shipping Information
Where Does Lumarythm Ship?
We ship throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Canada. We’re excited to announce plans for global expansion in the near future!
Shipping Costs
For single-item purchases, shipping is a flat rate of $22. However, if you order two or more items, we’ll cover the shipping costs for you!
*Please note that shipping costs do not include taxes, customs duties, or any additional fees for shipping to Canada.
Taxes and Customs Duties
For orders within the U.S., applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout. When shipping to Canada, additional charges such as government taxes, duties, and UPS customs brokerage fees will apply. These fees are determined by customs and UPS, so the customer is responsible for them. Fees vary based on the order value and territory in Canada.
P.O. Box Shipping
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Be sure to provide a physical address when placing your order.
Order Information
Shipping & Tracking
You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email or by checking your account. Keep in mind that orders may arrive earlier than expected!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your shipment by logging into your account and checking the Orders section.
Editing or Canceling an Order
If you wish to edit or cancel your order before it ships, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes, but you can contact UPS for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable once your item leaves our factory.
Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
- Look in discreet spots where the carrier may have left the package.
- Remember that carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before actual delivery.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, please email us at support@lumarythm.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
