Return Policy

At Lumarythm, we want you to love your light! If you’re not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns for unused and unaltered products in their original condition. To start your free return, please email support@lumarythm.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation. Make sure to return all items in their original packaging to help us recycle and reduce waste!

Refund Details

  • Standard Returns:We will refund the product cost; however, shipping and customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:We will refund both the product cost and shipping fees (customs/duties fees are non-refundable).
  • Exclusions:Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installation. Returns after 30 days from delivery are not accepted.

Gift Cards

Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@lumarythm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of why you’re returning

Once approved, we’ll provide you with shipping instructions and a return label. Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund.

Refund Timeline

After you ship your return, you can expect the following:

  • 1-2 weeksfor the return to arrive at our warehouse
  • 5-7 business daysfor inspection and processing

Once your return is inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method immediately.

Exchanges

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item to receive it faster. You can then return the original item for a refund, keeping in mind that returns must occur within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your light arrived damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help! Please email us at support@lumarythm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
